Running With The Ball & Dribbling – By The Coaching Education Department

If you go to your Globall Coach, you will find this session on the Rush Way workspace > Coach Development Suggested Drills > Sessions. As you can tell by that, there is not an age specific reference, as most good drills can be used for multiple age groups and it is the coach who adapts it.

To watch the full session and animations, visit your Globall Coach. Trust me, it will be worthy, these animations are top class.

Session Topic: Basics of running with the ball and dribbling.

Objective: Incorporate basics of RWB and Dribbling techniques, applying in analytical system (no opposition).

Organization: Set 3 circuits on a 30 x 40 yards field. You can use an extension of the big box.
Cones, balls, and mini goals needed.
Divide by teams on each circuit, make it a fun competition among the teams.
